DESCRIPTION:Date: March 12th 9.00-12.00 CET \nTrainers: Tiina Piipponen (tiina.piipponen@metropolia.fi) and Carla van den Heuvel (c.van.den.heuvel@hva.nl) \nContent: \nImportant elements of improving inclusion in internationalisation are hidden curriculum and boundary-crossing collaboration. This introductory workshop is based on the ICI training programme that has been designed to support the participants to address institutional issues that hinder students to benefit from internationalisation\, related to their background and characteristics. \nThe online workshop covers: \n\nIntroduction to the ICI project\n\n\n\n\nThe hidden curriculum and involving ALL students\nBoundary-crossing collaboration with stakeholders\n\n\n\n\nConclusions and wrap-up\n\nLearning outcomes:  \nAfter completion of the workshop participants are able to: \n\nExplain the relevance and need for inclusive Internationalisation\nGive examples of exclusionary practices at their own institution\nExplain the concept of the hidden curriculum and explain the impact of the hidden curriculum on student participation in internationalisation at home and abroad\nIdentify relevant stakeholders and explain the concept of boundary crossing and its impact on collaboration with diverse groups and stakeholders.\n\n  \nREGISTER HERE
