With this course you will learn the basics of Portuguese Language, one of the most spoken languages in the world!
Throughout the course, an intercultural approach will be held, fostering mutual understanding inherent in the linguistic and cultural diversity made possible by globalisation. The aim is to contribute to the development of multilingual and multicultural awareness through the promotion of the Portuguese language and culture.
By the end of this course, students are expected to have acquired knowledge of the lexicon and grammatical structures that will enable them to understand basic ideas and communicate appropriately in simple everyday situations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand and use everyday expressions and simple phrases in order to meet specific communication needs.
- Introduce yourself and others and be able to ask questions and give answers about personal topics.
- Communicate in a simple way in different daily situations.
