Assessment
Classes will be both theoretical and pratical, with real life examples. The final grade will be determined by the weighted average of the following activities carried out throughout the semester:
- Group project 20% (minimum grade of 7)
- Midterm test 40% (minimum grade of 7)
- Endterm test 40% (minimum grade of 7)
Alternatively, there will be a final exam for those who fail to pass the quantitative evaluation of the course with a minimum weighted average grade of 10.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the semester you will:
- understand the determinants and consequences of international financial transactions,
- comprehend the decisions taken by economic agents and their interaction in international environments,
- be able to assess financial costs in international markets, including all relevant risks such as exchange risk and interest rate risk
