Week Without Border HOGENT: call for proposals

During the Week Without Borders, the HOGENT educational programmes and research centres will design experimental activities, that allow HOGENT students to engage with societal challenges in collaboration with partners from the field, the broader community and international organisations. We warmly encourage you to contribute to these activities.
Anything is possible! Think of (guest)lectures, workshops, social activities, debate, business game, hackathon, project work, and more. You can collaborate with colleagues from our educational programmes and/or research centres.
How can you contribute to a student activity?
- Option 1 – you already have a contact at HOGENT: Let them know you are interested and start planning your activity together.
- Option 2 – you don’t have any contacts at HOGENT yet: Mail to and we will help facilitate the match-making process.
The registration deadline for activities is 30 November 2025, so we can start assembling the student programme.
