Designing learning experiences using the ADDIE model
Course overview
The landscape of education is constantly evolving, with online learning becoming an integral part of modern teaching practices. To enhance the quality of online education, educators need effective tools and strategies to design engaging and impactful learning experiences. This training course introduces teachers to the ADDIE model, a proven framework for instructional design, and equips them with the skills to create meaningful online learning environments.
Through three hour autonomous modules, participants will explore the most important elements of online learning.
Course content
This course combines structured training with interactive learning activities in each autonomous module. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their questions, challenges, and successes, fostering an environment for exchanging best practices in effective online teaching.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the course, participants should be able to:
- Identify the needs of individual learners
- Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of the ADDIE model in diverse learning environments
- Design a short online unit, following the basic principles of ADDIE model
